The firm was founded in 2015 by two professional friends, ie Mr. Lawrence Tumuhairwe and Mr. Kenneth Aheebwa Kamungu.

LARRY Advocates is a private legal practice, with in-depth specialization in construction law and procurement Law and public Private partnership transactions.

The firm was founded in 2015 as a legal and tax bureau under the name KALM ASSOCIATES at Impala house, Kimathi Avenue. KALM Associates was mainly involved in professional advisory services in Tax and general advisory services. However due to overwhelming trust and large volume of the transactions we received, the majority from some of the reputable clients including international consulting firms and fund managers like Maxwell Stamp Plc, DAI Europe, Equity bank, DFCU Bank, ESKOM Uganda Bank of Africa, etc and others from reputable Public sector departments like Uganda Registration SERVICES Bureau, Uganda Coffee Development Authority, Action Aid International, Wakiso District Local Government, the founding partners of the firm resolved to elevate the bureau to a fully-fledged law firm able to represent and offer professional legal and advisory services Today, it is one of the most sought-after Law firms in Uganda.
