A significant amount of the work we do involves major international projects in Europe and we are familiar with the rules relating to public procurement. This is becoming increasingly important to the construction industry. We have worked on many procurement issues under World bank, Africa Development Bank, European Union, KFW, Islamic Development Bank and local laws including Public Procurement & Disposal of public assets act 2003, as amended. We are experts in Public- Private Partnerships (PPP), and we have previously served as transaction Advisors

The work we undertake is, however, not limited to representing clients in challenges before the courts. We often provide early advice in order to avoid mistakes in the procurement process. When working for contractors, time limits are important. Challenges have to be made very quickly if the tendering process has gone awry.
